Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened (wallpaper rolls must remain sealed in their original packaging), with tags, and in its original condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@silvershare.uk to initiate a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Except for quality issues or damaged items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened (wallpaper rolls must remain sealed), with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
